Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is MOODY ORANGES?
MOODY ORANGES is a Hong Kong registered designer fashion shopping service, established in August 2021.
We carefully source popular designer brands from Hong Kong, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Europe, making it easier for you to purchase authentic designer pieces at more accessible prices.
Since our establishment, we have successfully completed over 100,000 orders, serving customers in Hong Kong and many countries and regions around the world.
How does MOODY ORANGES ensure authenticity? Where do your products come from?
We are committed to selling authentic products only.
Our products are sourced from official retail channels, authorized distributors, department stores, and trusted retail partners across Hong Kong, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
In addition, all Vivienne Westwood watches are genuine Hong Kong authorized products supplied directly by the brand's official Hong Kong distributor.
Why choose MOODY ORANGES?
We believe that purchasing designer brands is more than just shopping โ it's about trust.
That's why, besides sourcing only authentic products, we also take our own product photos whenever possible, allowing you to see the true colours, leather texture, and product details before making your purchase.
Through our Instagram styling posts, unboxings, and product introductions, we hope to help you discover pieces that truly suit your style, rather than simply selling products.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our official website.
If you would like to check sizing, availability, or enquire about products that are not currently listed on our website, feel free to contact us via Instagram DM or Shopify Inbox. Our team will personally assist you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes.
We ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and many other countries and regions worldwide.
Having fulfilled hundreds of international orders across dozens of countries and regions, every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your parcel throughout delivery.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 days.
Pre-order items generally require 7โ10 business days for sourcing before shipment.
Orders to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are primarily shipped via SF Express. International orders also include tracking information for easy shipment monitoring.
How can I check product availability?
As products are sold simultaneously through our website and Instagram, inventory may occasionally change before the website is updated.
If you would like to confirm the latest stock availability, we recommend contacting us via Instagram DM before placing your order.
What happens if an item becomes unavailable?
If a product becomes unavailable due to supplier shortages, discontinuation, or stock changes during sourcing, we will notify you as soon as possible.
You may choose to receive a refund, switch to another item, or let us help you source an alternative. We always keep the process transparent and will never cancel an order without informing you.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
If your item arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or differs from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel and provide your order details along with photos.
