Having fulfilled hundreds of international orders across dozens of countries and regions, every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your parcel throughout delivery.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3 days.
Pre-order items generally require 7–10 business days for sourcing before shipment.
Orders to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are primarily shipped via SF Express. International orders also include tracking information for easy shipment monitoring.
How can I check product availability?
As products are sold simultaneously through our website and Instagram, inventory may occasionally change before the website is updated.

What happens if an item becomes unavailable?
If a product becomes unavailable due to supplier shortages, discontinuation, or stock changes during sourcing, we will notify you as soon as possible.
