Orders cannot be canceled or changed after confirmation. If out of stock, we will offer a refund or replacement.
Exchange Policy (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan only): No returns/exchanges for non-quality issues. You can request product photos before shipping. Check items within 2 days of receipt. If there's a quality issue, send photos and return the item within 2 days of confirmation.
No returns/exchanges for:
- Items with signs of wear/use.
- Natural leather textures or wrinkles.
