1. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after confirmation. If out of stock, we will offer a refund or replacement.
   
   
2. Exchange Policy (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan only): No returns/exchanges for non-quality issues. You can request product photos before shipping. Check items within 2 days of receipt. If there’s a quality issue, send photos and return the item within 2 days of confirmation.
   
   
3. No returns/exchanges for:
   • Items with signs of wear/use.
   • Natural leather textures or wrinkles.

• Shipping fee paid upon collection

Taiwan Shipping (SF Express "Freight Collect")

• ID number required for customs
• Delivery to home/company
• Shipping fee paid upon collection

International Shipping (Outside HK, Macau, Taiwan)

• Sent via Hong Kong Air Mail
• Delivered to home/company
• Flat shipping fee: 35 USD
